Processing Speed

Quality of Customer Care

Not only were the CS agents I communicated with polite, they demonstrated a keen interest in resolving any queries I had. 

For example, I had encountered a discrepancy between their Terms & Conditions and deposit limits. The site stated a maximum deposit limit of €1,000, and yet I came across several payment providers allowing higher amounts. 

When I confronted customer support, they said that I was right, and the issue most likely stemmed from an update that hadn’t yet been added to their Terms & Conditions. And just like that, the world made sense to me again. 

That aside, I feel it would be amiss not to mention their level of English was very proficient. Let’s be honest, this isn’t always the case with agents in some online casinos.
