With an extensive sportsbook section alongside their casino gaming options, PampaGo Casino offers two welcome bonuses – one for casino players and another for sports bettors.
And with over 2,000 gaming options, they also have some fantastic weekly promotions.
The list of providers is a bit scarce but you can still find some top-tier developers here like Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil and BGaming.
However, along with other areas, customer support could use a major facelift in my opinion.
And in this review, I am going to break down step by step what works and what doesn’t, so without further ado, let’s get into it!

Is It Legit?
Founded in 2024 by Rozairo N.V., PampaGo has joined a growing number of online casinos operating under the license of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
Although not seen as stringent as those granted by Malta or the UK, the Curaçao gaming license is still a widely recognized and wholly legitimate certificate.
To retain it, PampaGo had to undergo several rigorous background checks to ensure they meet fundamental security and operational standards.
This includes the following:
- Secure Transactions: Using regulated payment channels to protect player’s funds
- Financial Integrity: The casino must have sufficient funds to pay out winnings
- Fair Gaming: Requires games to be equipped with a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes
- Responsible Gaming: Promotes policies to prevent gambling-related harm and addiction
- Regulatory Compliance: The casino is subject to further supervision and external audits by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board
Not only do these measures safeguard the casino from financial crimes like money laundering, but they also provide a much-needed layer of security and protection for players.
Bearing all this in mind, I can confidently say PampaGo are indeed legit!
Bonuses and Promotions
The fact that you can claim 2 welcome offers – one for sportsbook and another for casino games – is already a major plus in my book.
They have a decent selection of weekly promotions and cashbacks too, many of which become enhanced for VIP players.
Let’s see how they stack up.
Welcome Offer
Starting off on a high note, this welcome offer by PampaGo is up there with the best I’ve seen.
- 100% up to €500 + 50 free spins on Bonanza Billion by BGaming
Of course, there are other online casinos out there with similar matchups in their welcome packages.
However, they often come with higher playthrough restrictions of x40. By contrast, PampaGo’s wagering requirements of x35 is considered more reasonable and fair.
Plus, its relatively low minimum deposit requirement of €20 makes it great for beginners.
A match up of half a grand will also draw in more experienced players who like to bet big, known as high rollers. In this respect, the offer strikes a good balance for a wide range of players.
And the cherry on the cake? 50 free spins to sweeten the deal!
- Min Deposit: €20
- Max Bet: €5
- Wagering Requirements: x35
- Max Withdrawal: €100
- Spin Value: €0.20 per spin
- Expiry Date: Bonus funds valid for 7 days following activation
Tuesday Bonus
Keeping the standard high, this generous offer is available every Tuesday throughout the year.
- 30% up to €150
For those of us accustomed to online casinos, it’s the kind of promotion we’ve seen many times before. But that doesn’t make it any less attractive, in my book.
A 30% bonus boost is a solid incentive. Plus, it breaks up the week nicely and gives you something to look forward to.
I would rate this a lot more highly were it not limited to your first deposit of the day.
However, I will say I was pleased to see that VIP players receive an enhanced version of 40% up to €250.
Aside from that, all the same terms and conditions apply below:
- Schedule: Tuesdays 12:00 – 23:59
- Min Deposit: €20
- Max Bet: €5
- Wagering Requirements: x35
- Max Withdrawal: €100
- Expiry Date: Bonus funds valid for 7 days following activation
Happy Hour
An online casino without a ‘happy hour’ deal is like a pencil without a tip – pointless!
- 25% up to €1,000
Straightforward and simple in its design, if you deposit €100, you’ll get €25 in return.
To claim the maximum bonus funds, you’d need to deposit at least €4,000. Naturally, this makes it more appealing to high rollers and big spenders.
However, as we’ve seen, even smaller deposits can still get a decent boost. Besides, any bonus funds are a welcome extra.
Once again, VIPs receive an upgrade, with the offer extended to all deposits during happy hour instead of just your first one. A nice touch to be sure as you kick off the weekend!
- Schedule: Fridays, 12:00 – 23:59 CET
- Min Deposit: €20
- Max Bet: €5
- Wagering Requirements: x35
- Max Withdrawal: €100
- Expiry Date: Bonus funds valid for 7 days following activation
Weekend Bonus
The weekend means PampaGo have doubled the amount you can claim in bonus funds compared to Friday’s offer.
- 50% up to €1,000
I must admit, I wasn’t expecting this but it’s a great move! It resides the Happy Hour deal – a fantastic promotion in its own right – to a simple precursor for the weekend.
As with the previous promotions I’ve covered here, it’s limited to your first deposit. However, the offer is available throughout the whole weekend leaving you plenty of time to activate it.
And keeping up with the theme, VIP players get the same offer on their first 2 deposits of the weekend.
- Schedule: Fridays, 12:00 – 23:59 CET
- Min Deposit: €20
- Max Bet: €5
- Wagering Requirements: x35
- Max Withdrawal: €100
- Expiry Date: Bonus funds valid for 7 days following activation
Live Casino Cashback
The opportunity to recoup some of your losses on a weekly basis is a fantastic way of giving something back to players.
- Up to 5% cashback up to €300 every week
It means that even when things aren’t going our way, we can still walk away with something. It acts as an insurance policy that’s hard to ignore.
This offer becomes active every Monday at 13:00 UTC and you can claim it in the Rewards section of your account. It’s calculated by taking into account your settled bets over the previous 7 days.
And sure, 5% doesn’t seem like too much at first. But it can rack to a total of €300 and that’s €300 more than you would have had without it.
Here’s a full breakdown on how it works:
- Schedule: Every Monday from 01:00 UTC
- Wagering Requirements: None
- Validity: Live casino games only, tables, slots and all other categories excluded
- Calculated: Cashback = 5% of your net losses x (stakes – winnings – bonus)
- Calculation Period: From Monday 0:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC
Sportsbook
Pampago’s extensive sportsbook section allows you to place a wager on many of your favorite sporting events from across the globe.
It’s an intrinsic part of their identity, so much so that they even have a welcome offer to go with it.
Let’s take a look.
Welcome Sportsbook Offer
It’s always great to see a solid sportsbook promotion, and this one does not disappoint.
- 100% up to €100 in free bets
The offer is valid for newly registered players and gives them the opportunity to double their first deposit with a limit of €100 in free bets.
This means more opportunities to increase your potential winnings, should the outcome of the bet go in your favor.
Naturally, the offer is strictly for sports-related bets and only applies to your first deposit made.
The amount you receive in bonus bets must be wagered at least 7 times within 30 days before they can be withdrawn.
Furthermore, whether single or combined, you must have minimum odds of at least 1.75 for it to contribute towards the wagering requirements.
Here’s a quick breakdown.
- Min Deposit: €20
- Wagering Requirements: x7 within 30 days
- Max Bet: €100
- Min Odds: 1.75 (Single or Combined)
VIP Program
According to PampaGo’s customer service (CS) agents, they do have a VIP program, but that’s about as much as I could get out of them.
Looking at their ‘Promotions’ page, we can see that they have at least 3 enhanced weekly offers for VIP players.
However, with no dedicated VIP page detailing the specifics, and with the CS agents tight-lipped about it all, one can only speculate as to what it entails.
This lack of transparency is a major downside. How are players like you and me supposed to find out if PampaGo is worth sticking around for if we cannot even get a taste of what their VIP program entails?
When you compare it to other platforms who are much more open on their VIP program – such as Millionz Casino or Arlequin Casino – the difference is striking.
In my book, it’s a simple fix, give players a reason to stick around by showcasing them the benefits.
Games and Offerings
With a limited number of providers, the gaming library at PampaGo is a modest one to say the least, especially when it comes to live casino and table games.
Thankfully, they have a lot more variety in their slots and crash games, both in terms of themes and providers.
However, PampaGo’s unusual filtering system could divide opinion the same way marmite does: you’ll either love it or hate it.
Slot Machines
The first thing that stood out to me is that they do not have a section called ‘Slots’.
Instead, you’ll need to select the ‘Casino’ tab in the navigation bar at the top of your screen.
Once there, a secondary bar will appear, allowing you to divide slots by certain traits such as by popularity, Megaways and Bonus Buy features.
Now, if you scroll down further, you’ll notice a unique sub-section that groups slots containing the word ‘book’ all together.
I cannot deny that all this is a bit unusual but, that said, there are some great additions here.
Below are some of my favorites:
No. | Game | Provider | Megaways | RTP | Volatility |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Bonanza Billion | BGaming | ❌ | 98.21% | High |
2 | Power of Thor Megaways | Pragmatic Play | ✅ | 96.55% | High |
3 | Vikings go Wild | Yggdrasil | ❌ | 96.3% | Low – Medium |
4 | Book of Cats Megaways | BGaming | ✅ | 97.07% | Very High |
5 | Big Bass Bonanza Megaways | Reel Kingdom | ✅ | 94.62% | High |
6 | Barnyard Megahays Megaways | Pragmatic Play | ✅ | 96.50% | High |
7 | Valley of the Gods | Yggdrasil | ❌ | 96.2% | High |
8 | Dead Riders Trail | Relax Gaming | ❌ | 96.20% | High |
While the layout takes some getting used to, PampaGo still offers a solid-lineup of slots with a strong presence of top-tier providers like Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil and Evoplay.
But you can’t ignore that there are also some noticeable omissions, with leading providers such as Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming and Red Tiger all absent.
Overall, I enjoyed the selection of slots, but it needs more variety as well as a better layout.
Jackpots
After selecting the ‘Casino’ tab and scrolling down, you’ll find a reasonable selection of jackpot games to choose from.
These primarily consist of fixed jackpots from BGaming and Pragmatic Play, with a few additions from other lesser known (but still respectable) providers.
No. | Slot | Provider | Megaways | RTP | Volatility |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Maneki 88 Fortunes | BGaming | ❌ | 96.38% | Medium – High |
2 | Mustang Gold Megaways | Pragmatic Play | ✅ | 96.46% | High |
3 | Elvis Frog Trueways | BGaming | ❌ | 96.70% | Very High |
4 | Wild Wild Riches Megaways | Pragmatic Play | ✅ | 96.02% | High |
5 | 5 Star Coins Hold & Win | Octoplay | ❌ | 95.72% | Low |
6 | Himalayan Wild | Pragmatic Play | ❌ | 96.51% | High |
7 | Miss Cherry Fruits Jackpot Party | BGaming | ❌ | 94.65% | Low – Medium |
8 | 5 Sevens Hold & Win | Yggdrasil | ❌ | 96.1% | Medium – High |
On the whole, I was quite pleased with their choice of jackpots although it is lacking in depth.
Also, I was unable to filter jackpots by provider. Every time I tried, it would reset the search to ‘All Games’ rather than jackpots.
So yeah, that was annoying but overall, I approve.
Live Casino
It’s a good thing Pragmatic Play are excellent at producing live casino games, because they’re the only provider you’ll find here.
So, selection and variety are very limited, but in terms of filtering and layout, this section makes the most sense to me.
You’ll find everything here listed under the tab ‘Live Casino’, with titles neatly subdivided by game type:
- Blackjack
- Roulette
- Baccarat
Here are my top picks:
No. | Game | Provider | Min Bet | Max Bet | RTP |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | ONE Blackjack | Pragmatic Play | €1 | €5,000 | 99.28% |
2 | Super 8 Baccarat | Pragmatic Play | €0.20 | €5,000 | 85.64% / 98.94% |
3 | Roulette Green | Pragmatic Play | €0.10 | €10,000 | 97.30% |
4 | Speed Baccarat | Pragmatic Play | €0.20 | €5,000 | 85.64% / 98.94% |
5 | Speed Blackjack | Pragmatic Play | €5 | €1,000 | 99.28% |
6 | VIP Roulette | Pragmatic Play | €1 | €20,000 | 97.30% |
So, as you can see, there are some excellent games, but one provider isn’t enough. There needs to be more diversity.
Not having Evolution or even Betgames present is a big miss in my book.
Hopefully, this area can be expanded in the future.
TV Games
Casino games styled after TV shows are always a blast and PampaGo has some solid picks.
Titles like Sweet Bonanza, Snakes & Ladders and Power Up Roulette in particular stand out for their creativity.
If you recognized a pattern, it’s because once again, Pragmatic Play are doing all the heavy lifting as the only provider present in this category.
No. | Game | Provider | Min Bet | Max Bet | RTP |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Mega Roulette | Pragmatic Play | €0.10 | €10,000 | 97.30% / 97.50% |
2 | Treasure Island | Pragmatic Play | €0.10 | €4,200 | 96.51% / 96.55% |
3 | Vegas Ball Bonanza | Pragmatic Play | €0.1 | €900 | 95.97% |
4 | Power Up Roulette | Pragmatic Play | €0.1 | €5,000 | 97.19% / 97.30% |
5 | Snakes & Ladders | Pragmatic Play | €0.1 | €4,500 | 99.46% / 96.66% |
6 | Lucky 6 Roulette | Pragmatic Play | €0.1 | €5,000 | 97.30% / 97.49% |
While the selection is okay, I find myself saying the same thing as with PampaGo’s ‘Live Casino’ section, there needs to be more.
A bit more variety can go a long way.
Table Games
In a nutshell: disappointing and massively underwhelming!
With no category listed under this term, I had great difficulty finding any table games to even begin with.
But the reason for this soon became apparent. It is incredibly limited.
If they are to be found, you’ll find them under the tab ‘Live Casino’. After that, your best bet is to type in generic phrases to do with table games into the search bar.
Alternatively, you hope that you stumble across one while browsing through the sub-category tabs such as ‘Blackjack’, ‘Roulette’, and ‘Baccarat’.
After scraping the barrel, here are the very few which I managed to find
No. | Game | Provider | Min Bet | Max Bet | RTP |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Azure BlackjackX 1 | Pragmatic Play | €5 | €1,000 | 99.28% |
2 | Auto Roulette | Pragmatic Play | €0.1 | €10,000 | 97.30% |
3 | Sic Bo | Pragmatic Play | €0.1 | €5,000 | 96.30% / 98.61% |
4 | Speed Auto Roulette | Pragmatic Play | €0.10 | €10,000 | 97.30% |
5 | Kirmizi Turkish BlackjackX 5 | Pragmatic Play | €10 | €2,500 | 99.28% |
You guessed it, Pragmatic Play is once again the sole representative in this area.
And with no poker games, this section is calling out for titles like Pai Gon, Pontoon and Casino Hold’em, to name but a few.
Crash Games
Along with slots, PampaGo’s crash games are their saving grace.
This section is home to a decent number of options, especially compared to other areas I’ve covered.
Here you’ll find titles with classic crash mechanics like High Flyer by Pragmatic Play alongside many other instant games from different providers like BGaming and Evoplay.
Compared to the other categories mentioned in this review, this genre is one of the strongest.
No. | Games | Provider | Min Bet | Max Bet | RTP |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | High Flyer | Pragmatic Play | €0.10 | €100 | 97% |
2 | Penalty Roulette | Evoplay | €1.00 | €30 | 96% |
3 | Plinko | BGaming | €1 | €100 | 98.91% / 99.16% |
4 | Mine Field | Evoplay | €1 | €75 | 95.83% / 96.26% |
5 | Sphere Smash | Octoplay | €0.10 | €1,000 | 97.79% |
6 | Top Eagle | BGaming | €0.20 | €25 | 96.88% / 98.92 |
7 | Avia Masters | BGaming | €0.10 | €400 | 97% |
8 | Robospin | BGaming | €1 | €100 | 98% |
Although many of the titles come from BGaming, there’s enough here to keep anyone entertained, making this by far one of PampaGo’s most extensive game categories.
What are the payment options at PampaGo Casino?
PampaGo has a good range of payment options, accepting both fiat and crypto methods.
You can also use other forms of digital payment services such as Apple and Google Pay.
Deposit Options
Every casino has their own way of navigating how a player can deposit their funds. PampaGo’s method is relatively straightforward:
- Click on the green button showcasing your account balance on the top right-hand corner of your screen
- In the pop-up window, choose a welcome offer or click ‘No Thanks’ to continue
- Select your preferred payment method from the list available
- Select a fixed amount to deposit or enter your own in the input field
- Click on ‘Set Amount’ and follow the prompts to complete payment
You only need a minimum of €20 to get started, which is not the lowest but still very reasonable.
Here’s the full breakdown:
Type | Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit |
---|---|---|---|
Credit Card | Mastercard, Visa | €20 | €1,000 |
Pre-paid cash voucher | CASHlib | €20 | €1,000 |
Bank Transfer | Instant Bank Transfer | €20 | €1,000 |
Digital Wallet | Google Pay, Apple Pay | €20 | €1,000 |
Cryptocurrency | Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Tether, Solana, USD Coin | €20 | €10,000 |
According to their customer support agents, there is technically no maximum deposit.
So, for the table, I used the cap limit shown within the input field, as you can see from the image below.
Pro Tip: To avoid any annoying exchange rate fees, be sure to deposit in the same currency you chose when registering your account.
Withdrawal Methods
Contrary to deposits, options for withdrawals at PampaGo are very limited. However, selection may vary depending on your jurisdiction so bear that in mind.
For blockchain enthusiasts though, the good news is PampaGo accepts a number of cryptocurrencies!
Type | Method | Min Withdrawal per Day | Max Withdrawal per Day |
---|---|---|---|
Bank Transfer | Instant Bank Transfer | €20 | €1000 |
Cryptocurrency | Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Tether, Solana, USD Coin | €20 | €1000 |
A €20 minimum withdrawal limit is great for beginners looking to test the waters. However, when comparing the maximum weekly and monthly withdrawal limits to other platforms, PampaGo falls short.
Casino | Max Withdrawal per Week | Max Withdrawal per Month |
---|---|---|
PampaGo Casino | €1,000 | €5,000 |
Azur Casino | €2,500 | €10,000 |
Amon Casino | €5,000 | €10,000 |
For players who prefer to accumulate winnings over time and cash out in one go, the low cap on maximum withdrawals can be quite a significant drawback. Additionally, PampaGo limits players to two pending withdrawals at a time.
Processing Times
As is the norm with many good online casinos, withdrawal requests at PampaGo are usually processed within 2 banking days.
However, they also state that processing times may vary depending on the payment channels used and public holidays.
They also reserve the right to carry out additional account checks for security purposes.
So, you could receive your funds within 2 days, but it is not unheard of for such things to take longer, close to a week even.
This is all fine by me but what I found disappointing is that, with no information on their VIP Program, there is no way of knowing if they offer faster processing times.
So, right there, there is that lack of incentive for players to stick around and become regulars.
How is Customer Support?
Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the customer support (CS) agents at PampaGO.
Of course, this is just my experience, but a lot of things were either misconstrued or lost in translation, as you’ll see below.
Support Channels
As with many online casinos, PampaGo have two main lines of communication:
- Live Chat
PampaGo do not have 24/7 live chat support which is a big shame, but they do operate 7 days a week from 9:00 till 23:00.
For any complaints, concerns or general queries that require a lot of detail, you can also send an email to support@PampaGo.com. This includes any debates regarding disputed transactions, etc.
PampaGo state that they will do their utmost to resolve such issues promptly but reiterate that their judgement is final.
Aside from the above-mentioned channels, I was unable to find a section for FAQs – not a massive deal but would have been nice to see.
Quality of Customer Support
Starting off with the positives, the customer service (CS) agents I dealt with were quick to respond and very polite.
But unfortunately, I have to say that many of my queries were left unresolved.
I conferred with them over a number of fairly simple questions, such as the extent of their gaming library, whether Evolution was available and what is the maximum deposit limit.
However, despite these seemingly trivial and innocuous requests, I was met with confusion and asked to repeatedly specify what I meant.
As a result, I had to simplify my English each time and by the end of, they simply referred me to their terms and conditions.
Granted, some of this information is available there but I felt like there was no real effort on their behalf to resolve any of my inquiries. This left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
I am quite sure that none of this was intentional and that many things were simply lost in translation.
It’s not a lost cause but this is definitely an area that needs some extra work.
Languages Available
The language options at PampaGo are extremely limited with just French and English available.
While communicating with their CS agents, I realized they would default to French before switching to English once I sent in my queries.
This brought back memories of the time I reviewed Millionz Casino, where it was very noticeable that the CS agents did not have English as their first language.
PampaGo’s lack of diversity when it comes to language options is a big limitation as it simply closes you off to a much wider audience.
Here’s how PampaGo stacks up against other platforms:
Casino | English | French | German | Spanish | Italian | Portu-guese | Norwe-gian |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
PampaGo Casino | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ |

Compatibility and Accessibility
This area is a bit hit and miss.
I enjoyed some aspects, like how smoothly their website runs on mobile devices.
But there is a lot that needs improving on in other areas.
Is the casino Mobile friendly?
PampaGo do not have a mobile app, which can be a turnoff for some people, but that’s not necessarily a dealbreaker for me.
So long as they have a version of their site that’s fully optimized for smartphone and tablet devices, then I’m happy as Larry! And thankfully, they do.
Naturally, some elements have been modified to suit smaller screens but aside from that, all the site’s core functions remain intact.
This means you can deposit and withdraw funds, claim promotions and, most importantly, play games as per usual. In fact, using my Android phone, I tested several titles from their gaming library.
I had a look at a wide range of genres, from slots to live casino games like Lucky 6 Roulette. I’m happy to report everything ran smoothly with no lag or game malfunctions.
So, some players might prefer the convenience of a dedicated app, but a well-optimized site can work just as well.
Plus, without an app, you save a tone of storage space on your phone.
Accessibility Features
Having looked extensively through their site, PampaGo does not appear to have any features specifically designed for users with visual and/or auditory impairments.
I’m talking about zoom mechanics, text-to-speech options and other inclusive features that would make the platform as a whole more accessible to a wider audience.
And while Pampago’s interface is clean and runs smoothly on big and small screens, there are some elements that are not so user-friendly.
Navigation could be improved with additional filtering options or more tabs to better categorize different genres.
It just makes everything easier to find, especially for beginners not so familiar with online casinos.
Geographical Restrictions
PampaGo’s list of restricted countries isn’t the biggest I’ve seen but it’s also not the smallest by a long shot.
In total, there are 36 nations states and territories that are banned from creating an account with PampaGo.
The reasons for this stem from several factors, such as legal limitations and/or compliance issues.
Sometimes, countries outright ban online gambling. In other cases, the company behind the casino would need to be registered in that country to operate.
Here are some notable omissions:
- United Kingdom
- France
- Cyprus
- Israel
- Malta
- USA
The above is not an exhaustive list but just some which caught my eye in particular.
Furthermore, PampaGo state in their terms and conditions that they reserve the right to refuse players from other jurisdictions at their own discretion.
How to register with PampaGo?
The process for creating an account with PampaGo is fairly intuitive and simple.
- Select the ‘Sign Up’ button highlighted in green on the top right-hand corner of your screen
- In the sidebar, enter your mobile phone number along with email address and password
- Tick the box to confirm that you are human before clicking ‘Continue’
- Follow the prompts to fill in your personal details
- Enter the code sent to your mobile number
- Click ‘Verify Code’ before selecting ‘Continue’
In regard to step 4, these are the details you need to fill in:
- Full Name
- Adress
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Pin Code
- Tick box to confirm you agree with Terms & Conditions
Once you have completed these steps, a pop-up will appear welcoming you to the site along with an option to deposit immediately for sportsbook or casino welcome offers.
Submitting Your KYC Documents
Before you can reap the rewards from any potential winnings, you’ll need to submit certain documentation to help prove beyond reasonable doubt that you are who you say you are.
These are referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) documents and are standard procedure across all online casinos. It is done to combat money laundering and other forms of financial crimes.
Some casinos have a built-in tool where you can manually upload the documents yourself or in other cases you will need to contact their customer support.
However, PampaGo’s method is unusual in that you will need to initiate a withdrawal action first.
When doing so, the system will ask for the following information:
- ID Verification: Copy of passport, ID card or driving license
- Proof of Adress: Utility bill no more than 3 months old
Once the above has been verified, you will be asked to upload a selfie of yourself while holding the ID you used to upload.
Responsible Gaming
I have never seen a more in-depth and detailed approach to responsible gaming than I have with PampaGo. Very impressive!
Many good online casinos have protocols for deposit limits and self-exclusion. However, PampaGo takes this one step further.
Using their in-built self-service tools, not only can you set a deposit limit but also a net deposit limit.
Aside from this, PampaGo have differentiated between temporary timeouts and self-exclusions.
Furthermore, they have also implemented an ‘Activity Check’ feature where you can receive reminders to keep an eye on how long you’ve been playing for.
Got that? Well, if not, here’s a quick rundown:
- Deposit Limits: Restriction on how much you can deposit daily, weekly or monthly
- Net Deposit Limit: Deposits minus your withdrawals on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- Activity Check: Reminders to track how long you spend on the site
- Timeout: Temporary suspension where you will be unable to log in to your account
- Self-Exclusion: Once implemented, your account will be closed for an extended period of time ranging from 6 months up to 5 years
Final Thoughts
Right off the bat, I was really drawn by PampaGo’s welcome offers.
Having two distinct offers (sportsbook and casino) captures the interest of a wide range of players.
I also really enjoyed their range of weekly promotions. Their Live Casino Cashback offer is a nice touch and a great way of giving something back.
It was also nice to see that some of these offers are enhanced for VIP players but, that said, I wish there was more information on it.
In fact, the apparent secrecy over their VIP Program was a massive issue for me.
With no dedicated page on their VIP program, I was left to ask customer care who simply directed me to their terms and conditions… despite the fact that there is nothing there on their VIP program.
This leads me on to my next gripe – customer care was poor. Sure, they were polite, but they did not resolve any of my queries.
They were far too ready to direct me to their terms and conditions for every little thing. It’s an area that must be improved on.
Although they have a great selection of slots, the limited number of providers was an issue for me. I imagine in the future; these are elements that would be expanded upon.
And to be honest, that sums up nicely my whole experience with PampaGO. The potential is there and with a few tweaks here and there, they can improve quickly.
Postives | Negatives |
---|---|
Two great welcome offers (sportsbook and casino) | Limited providers |
Impressive sportsbook section | Limited live dealer game selection |
Great selection of slots | No 24/7 live chat |
Over 2,000 games | Lack of information on VIP program |
Decent range of promotions | Unsatisfactory customer care |
Fantastic and extensive tools for responsible gaming |
